Sehyung Kim is a Senior Vice President with Lee & Associates | Los Angeles–Downtown. He has provided brokerage services in Los Angeles since 2001, representing private and institutional investors, owner-users, landlords and tenants across industrial, retail and office properties.
His earlier real estate consulting work at Ernst & Young and business process consulting experience inform an approach that connects the property, the economics and the business behind the assignment.

Sehyung earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from UCLA, specializing in structural engineering, and a master’s in City Planning from the University of Maryland, specializing in economic development and real estate.
That education provides complementary ways to examine an asset: the building itself, the surrounding market and the role of real estate in an investment or operating plan.

As a Korean American commercial real estate professional, Sehyung helps connect Korean-speaking clients with the American business and commercial real estate community. Clients can discuss their priorities in Korean or English and receive clear explanations of market evidence, property alternatives and transaction conditions.
